Others is a Shopify app that allows you to create, publish, and manage group buying campaigns all through your Shopify admin. We've built Others with the flexibility to tailor your campaigns precisely to your business needs.
- Select the product(s): You can select products for your group buy campaign directly from your Shopify product list.
- Set unit threshold: Setting the commitment goal size is in your hands, allowing you to define how many units need to be committed for the campaign to succeed, and for those committed to receive the offered discount.
- Set the discount: The discount amount, a critical aspect of your campaign, is yours to decide, providing you with the flexibility to offer deals that are attractive to customers while still profitable for your business.
- Set the by date: The date range (campaign start date and length) of your campaign is customizable too, letting you create a sense of urgency that suits your marketing strategy.
- Monitoring: Once your campaign goes live, monitoring its progress is seamless. You can do this directly in your Shopify store admin. We understand the need to stay updated, so we've integrated push notifications that allow you to keep track of your campaign from any device, ensuring you’re always in the loop.
- Set a max unit count: Understanding the importance of order management, Others lets you set the maximum number of units a customer can purchase, ensuring a fair and widespread distribution of your products.

- Allowing full-price conversion opt-in: We've included a feature called the full-price auto purchase opt-in to address the needs of customers who are interested in a product, enticed by the discount, but still want the product if the group buy isn't a success. This option allows customers to indicate that they are willing to purchase the product at full price if the group buy campaign does not reach its goal. This provides a win-win solution for both businesses and customers - businesses can still make a sale, and customers can still get the product they want, even if the discount is not applied. This helps convert the less urgent, window shopper persona.

Obviously, we are working on launching V1 of the app, but we are also working on additional, conditional buying types, a social asset generator for easier peer-to-peer sharing, comprehensive analytics, AI to tune your campaign automatically, and doing lots of customer discovery along the way…lots.
